Gone are the days where estate agents had too many properties and not enough buyers, in fact the single biggest complaint in metropolitan areas around the country is a lack of stock. Prompted by this shortage Steven van Rooyen, Principal of Leapfrog Milnerton, came up with the idea for our ‘Win a Car’ competition.
The entries were open to anyone that knew of someone who was selling and not just owners of properties (sellers). As long as a person could provide the address and owners’ details, they were eligible to enter the competition, even if Leapfrog did not get a mandate. Up for grabs was a brand new Polo Vivo.
In total Leapfrog received 300 valid entries of which 8 led to successful sales as a direct result of the competition.
On Wednesday the 19th of November the names of 10 finalists were drawn with the winner being Naomi Scott from Edgemead, Cape Town. As luck would have it Mrs Scott needed to replace her VW Golf, which she’d had for 28 years, and has now driven off in her new Polo.
