  • Content you post or share within the App, such as community posts and comments
  • Your progress and activity within training and learning content
  • Basic device and usage data needed to operate the App (e.g. login activity, app version)

  • To create and manage your account and verify your eligibility to access the App
  • To provide training content, track learning progress, and issue related communications
  • To operate the community feed and other in-app features
  • To send official announcements and updates from Leapfrog head office
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the App

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:

  • Our third-party technology partner, which hosts the App's underlying infrastructure, including account data and notifications;
  • Leapfrog head office and relevant franchise management, for App administration and support;
  • Regulators or authorities, where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. When your affiliation with Leapfrog ends, your account and associated data will be deactivated or removed within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure, access-controlled systems and encrypted connections.
