Terms and Conditions: Green Friday Initiative

1. Eligibility:
   • The Green Friday initiative applies exclusively to sole mandates signed between 1 December 2024 and 31 December 2024.
   • The R5,000 donation to an animal charity of the seller's choice only applies to transactions resulting from these mandates.
   • The successful transaction must occur no later than 30 June 2025.
2. Donation Criteria:
   • The donation is made after the transfer of property ownership has been completed and payment has been received in full.
   • The chosen charity must be a registered South African animal welfare organization with a valid Non-Profit Organization (NPO) or Public Benefit Organization (PBO) number.
3. Limitations:
   • This offer is limited to one donation per property transaction, regardless of the total sale value or additional properties sold under the same client.
   • Donations will not be made for mandates that are cancelled or where sales fall through before the transfer is completed.
4. Seller Responsibilities:
   • The seller must provide the full details of their selected charity within 30 days of the property transfer. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the donation.
5. Charity Selection:
   • Leapfrog reserves the right to vet the selected charity to ensure compliance with South African regulations.
   • In the event the selected charity does not meet the necessary criteria, the seller will be requested to choose an alternative organization.
6. Exclusions:
   • Properties sold outside of sole mandates or mandates signed outside the qualifying period are not eligible.
   • The initiative does not apply to rentals or leasing agreements.
7. Marketing and Privacy:
   • By participating in this campaign, sellers agree to have their property transaction featured (without personal details) in Leapfrog's marketing material to promote the initiative.
   • No personal details of sellers or buyers will be shared without prior consent.
8. Changes and Disputes:
   • Leapfrog reserves the right to modify or terminate the initiative at any time, with prior notice on its official website and social media platforms.
   • In case of disputes regarding the campaign, Leapfrog's decision will be final and binding.
9. General Terms:
   • Standard Leapfrog terms and conditions for sole mandates and property transactions apply.
   • All transactions must comply with applicable South African property laws and regulations.
