"LEAPFOR2024!" Challenge - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Challenge is open to participants of all ages.
Entries can feature individuals, families, or pets.
Participants must share their leaps on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #LEAPfor2024 and tagging the official account of the organizing entity.
2. Entry Period:
The competition runs from February 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024.
Entries for the first round close on February 15, 2024.
3. How to Enter:
Capture and share your leap on Facebook or Instagram during the entry period.
Ensure your post includes the hashtag #LEAPfor2024 and tags the official account.
4. Voting and Winner Selection:
Each month, our final selected entries will be compiled into a video.
The public will vote for their favourite leap on the video through a poll of which the link will be posted on the official Leapfrog Property Group pages.
The entry with the highest number of votes at the end of each month will be declared the winner.
Winners will be announced on the 29th of February, March, and April 2024.
5. Prizes:
The winner for each month will receive Takealot vouchers to the value of R5000.
Prizes are non-transferable and may be exchanged for cash.
6. Participant Rights:
By entering the competition, participants grant the organising entity the right to use their leap content for promotional purposes.
7. Public Voting:
Only registered votes on the poll of the official final monthly video compilation post on the Leapfrog Property Group Facebook and Instagram pages will be counted as votes.
Any form of manipulation of votes will result in disqualification.
8. Disqualification:
Entries that do not comply with the rules or display inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Individuals found attempting to manipulate votes or engage in fraudulent activity will be disqualified.
9. Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.
If a winner doesn't respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
10. General Conditions:
The organising entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at its discretion.
The decisions of the organising entity are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the sole purpose of administering the challenge and will not be shared with third parties. The names of the winners will however be announced on social media and the winner should agree that this information can be shared in order to receive the prize.
12. Agreement to Terms:
Participation in the "LEAP for 2024!" Challenge constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
By participating in the "LEAP for 2024!" Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
13. Eligibility Exclusion for Leapfrog Property Group Franchisees, Agents, and Immediate Families:
Employees, franchisees, agents, or their immediate family members associated with Leapfrog are not eligible to participate in the "LEAP YEAR LEAP!" Challenge. Immediate family members include spouses, children, parents, and siblings. This exclusion extends to anyone residing in the same household as the mentioned individuals. Any entry from such ineligible participants will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
